Join the Shoreline Amateur Astronomical Association (SAAA) for an astronomy presentation in the Nature Center, followed by observatory and telescope viewing of the night sky (weather/cloud cover permitting).
James Webb Telescope Update: Since its launch just over three years ago, the James Webb Telescope has been making exciting and amazing discoveries about our universe. These findings are continuously evolving, enhancing our understanding of the cosmos and our role within it. This presentation will provide a concise history of the space observatory and explain how it collects and transmits information.
